Sheraton Taitung Hotel

I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and close to key attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the breakfast buffet was a delicious spread of local and international dishes. Plus, the rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind during the evening!

There were a few drawbacks. The pressure in the shower was lower than expected, and the communication from the hotel was mostly in Chinese, making it a bit tricky for non-speakers. the fitness center was pretty basic and might not meet everyone's workout needs. it was a nice stay, but there’s room for improvement!

The room is brand-new, the people are thoughtful and attentive. It has clean facilities and offers outstanding breakfasts. Thanks a lot, I would like to go back there again, liked this hotel.

Location: the hotel was next to the seashore and forest parks as well as other attractions like the Tiehua Music Village and Railway Art Village. The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and compact with a master bedroom, cookies, a King bed. We appreciated reasonably priced food...

The room with club access was enjoyable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The food here offers a great variety, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the design is impressive, all in a convenient location with on-site parking.

The hotel has a convenient location, nestled right by a bustling night market. the rooms are enjoyable, with sleek furnishings and impressive soundproofing. the breakfast buffet boasts an extensive variety of both Western and Chinese dishes.

The lighting in the room is a bit dull.

Starting with the prime location in the town center, it was easy for me to explore the local area. I particularly loved the fact that this hotel is situated next to a lively night market that offered lots of local food options. The hotel staff were friendly and cute, and the room was perfect in terms of cleanliness.

There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel was a bit expensive, but it was worth every penny.

The waiting time for check-in and check-out could have been better, as there were not enough counter staff attending to the guests. the gym had limited equipment and was not sufficient for a proper workout.

This hotel is a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from the Railway Heritage park. the rooftop bar provides a great view of the ocean and cityscape, and the lobby restaurant offers an overwhelming breakfast with an international selection. the spacious suite room came with a living room, Chic bathtub, and SHINE branded Sheraton cosmetics.

The gym provided only basic equipment and the WiFi was slow. Despite some minor issues, this hotel provided a wonderful experience with its well-functioning air conditioning and comfortable bed that helped me fall asleep with ease.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton in Taitung. The staff quickly resolved an issue with my room and found a perfect solution. The breakfast and drinks at the lounge were delicious. The Moon Bar on the 8th floor was fine. The location was ideal with the night market right outside and a Carrefour nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

They were quick to attend to our needs and made us feel at home. the hotel's location was great as it was situated near the night market, allowing us to easily immerse ourselves in the local atmosphere. the swimming pool view from the lobby was a nice touch.
